धारा 100 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 — सद्भावपूर्वक की गई कार्रवाई के लिए संरक्षण-
इस अधिनियम या उसके अधीन बनाए गए किन्हीं नियमों या विनियमों के अनुसरण में सद्भावपूर्वक की गई या की जाने के लिए आशयित किसी बात के लिए कोई भी वाद, अभियोजन या विधिक कार्यवाही केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या, यथास्थिति, केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार के निर्देशों के अ धीन कार्रवाई करने वाले किसी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध नहीं होगी ।
Section 100 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 — Protection of action taken in good faith —
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, or the State Government or any person acting under the directions of the Central Government or State Government, as the case may be, in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder.
