धारा 68W एनडीपीएस एक्ट — अन्य विधियों के अधीन निकाले गए निष्कर्षों का इस अध्याय के अधीन कार्यवाहियों के लिए निश्चायक न होना –
किसी अन्य विधि के अधीन किसी अधिकारी या प्राधिकारी का कोई निष्कर्ष इस अध्याय के अधीन किसी कार्यवाही के प्रयोजनों के लिए निश्चायक नहीं होगा ।
Section 68W NDPS Act — Findings under other laws not conclusive for proceedings under this Chapter. —
No finding of any officer or authority under any other law shall be conclusive for the purposes of any proceedings under this Chapter.
