धारा 106 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 — राज्य बालक संरक्षण सोसाइटी और जिला बालक संरक्षण एकक–
प्रत्येक राज्य सरकार, राज्य के लिए बालक संरक्षण सोसाइटी और प्रत्येक जिले के लिए बालक संरक्षण एकक का गठन करेगी, जो ऐसे अधिकारियों और अन्य कर्मचारियों से मिलकर बनेगी, जो उस सरकार द्वारा इस अधिनियम के, जिसके अंतर्गत इस अधिनियम के अधीन संस्थाओं की स्थापना और अनुरक्षण भी हैं, बालकों और उनके पुनर्वासन तथा संबंधित विभिन्न सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी अभिकरणों के साथ समन्वय के संबंध में सक्षम प्राधिकारियों की अधिसूचना के कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए और ऐसे अन्य कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए, जो विहित किए जाएं, नियुक्त किए जाएं l
Section 106 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 — State Child Protection Society and District Child Protection Unit —
Every State Government shall constitute a Child Protection Society for the State and Child Protection Unit for every District, consisting of such officers and other employees as may be appointed by that Government, to take up matters relating to children with a view to ensure the implementation of this Act, including the establishment and maintenance of institutions under this Act, notification of competent authorities in relation to the children and their rehabilitation and co-ordination with various official and non-official agencies concerned and to discharge such other functions as may be prescribed.
