धारा 23 परिसीमा अधिनियम — उन कार्यों के लिए प्रतिकर का वाद जो विशेष नुकसान के बिना, अनुयोज्य न हों-
उस कार्य के लिए, जिसमें कोई वाद-हेतुक तब तक उद्भूत नहीं होता जब तक उससे कोई विनिर्दिष्ट क्षति वस्तुतः नहीं होती, प्रतिकर के वाद की दशा में परिसीमा काल उस समय से संगणित किया जाएगा जब वह क्षति हो जाए ।
Section 23 Limitation Act — Suits for compensation for acts not actionable without special damage–
In the case of a suit for compensation for an act which does not give rise to a cause of action unless some specific injury actually results therefrom, the period of limitation shall be computed from the time when the injury results.
