धारा 36 घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम 2005 — अधिनियम का किसी अन्य विधि के अल्पीकरण में नहीं होना —
इस अधिनियम के उपबंध तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य विधि के उपबंधों के अतिरिक्त होगे और उनके अल्पीकरण में नहीं होंगे।
Section 36 Domestic Violence Act — Act not in derogation of any other law —
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law, for the time being in force.
