शून्यकरणीय संविदा का विखण्डन उसी प्रकार और उन्हीं नियमों के अध्यधीन संसूचित या प्रतिसंहृत किया जा सकेगा जो प्रस्थापना की संसूचना या प्रतिग्रहण को लागू है।
Section 66 Indian Contract Act — Mode of communicating or revoking rescission of voidable contract —
The rescission of a voidable contract may be communicated or revoked in the same manner, and subject to the same rules, as apply to the communication or revocation of the proposal.
