धारा 71 भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम — माल पड़ा पाने वाले का उत्तरदायित्व —
वह व्यक्ति, जो किसी अन्य का माल पड़ा पाता है और उसे अपनी अभिरक्षा में लेता है, उसी उत्तरदायित्व के अध्यधीन है जिसके अध्यधीन उपनिहिती होता है।
Section 71 Indian Contract Act — Responsibility of finder of goods –
A person who finds goods belonging to another, and takes them into his custody, is subject to the same responsibility as a bailee.
