धारा 38 आर्म्स एक्ट -अपराधों का संज्ञेय होना –
इस अधिनियम के अधीन हर अपराध दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) के अर्थ के अन्दर संज्ञेय होगा ।
38 Arms Act – Offences to be cognizable-
Every offence under this Act shall be cognizable within the meaning of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).
