धारा 39 आर्म्स एक्ट- कतिपय मामलों में जिला मजिस्ट्रेट की पूर्व मंजूरी आवश्यक –
किसी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध धारा 3 के अधीन किसी अपराध के बारे में कोई भी अभियोजन जिला मजिस्ट्रेट की पूर्व मंजूरी के बिना संस्थित नहीं किया जाएगा ।
39 Arms Act -Previous sanction of the district magistrate necessary in certain cases-
No prosecution shall be instituted against any person in respect of any offence under section 3 without the previous sanction of the district magistrate.
