सीआरपीसी की धारा 55A – गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्ति का स्वास्थ्य तथा सुरक्षा-
अभियुक्त को अभिरक्षा में रखने वाले व्यक्ति का यह कर्तव्य होगा कि वह अभियुक्त के स्वास्थ्य तथा सुरक्षा की उचित देख-रेख करे ।
