मोटर यान अधिनियम की धारा 98 — इस अध्याय का अध्याय 5 और अन्य विधियों पर अध्यारोही होना —
इस अध्याय और इसके अधीन बनाए गए नियम या किए गए आदेश के उपबंध अध्याय 5 में या इस समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य विधि में अथवा किसी ऐसी विधि के आधार पर प्रभावी किसी लिखत में उससे असंगत किसी बात के होते हए भी, प्रभावी होंगे ।
98 MV Act — Chapter to override Chapter V and other laws —
The provisions of this Chapter and the rules and orders made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in Chapter V or in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any such law.
