धारा 19 यूएपीए एक्ट – संश्रय देने, आदि के लिए दंड-
जो कोई, किसी व्यक्ति को यह जानते हुए कि वह व्यक्ति आतंकवादी है, स्वेच्छया संश्रय देगा या छिपाएगा या संश्रय देने या छिपाने का प्रयास करेगा वह ऐसे कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि तीन वर्ष से कम की नहीं होगी, किंतु आजीवन कारावास तक की हो सकेगी, दंडनीय होगा और जुर्माने के लिए भी दायी होगा:
परन्तु यह धारा ऐसे मामले में लागू नहीं होगी, जिसमें संश्रय देने या छिपाने का कार्य अपराधी के पति या पत्नी द्वारा किया गया है
Section 19 UAPA Act – 1[ Punishment for harbouring, etc.—
Whoever voluntarily harbours or conceals, or attempts to harbour or conceal any person knowing that such person is a terrorist shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine:
Provided that this section shall not apply to any case in which the harbour or concealment is by the spouse of the offender.]
