धारा 34 आर्म्स एक्ट -आयुधों के भाण्डागारण के वास्ते केन्द्रीय सरकार की मंजूरी-
सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) में अन्तर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी उस अधिनियम की धारा 58 के अधीन अनुज्ञप्त भाण्डागार में कोई भी आयुध या गोला-बारूद केन्द्रीय सरकार की मंजूरी के बिना निक्षिप्त नहीं किया जाएगा ।
34 Arms Act- Sanction of Central Government for warehousing of arms-
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), no arms or ammunition shall be deposited in any warehouse licensed under section 58 of that Act without the sanction of the Central Government.
