धारा 43C यूएपीए एक्ट — संहिता के उपबंधों का लागू होना-
संहिता के उपबंध, जहां तक वे इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों से असंगत न हों, इस अधिनियम के अधीन की गई सभी गिरफ्तारियों, तलाशियों और अभिग्रहणों को लागू होंगे ।
Section 43C UAPA Act — Application of provisions of Code–
The provisions of the Code shall apply, insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, to all arrests, searches and seizures made under this Act.]
