धारा 56 एनडीपीएस एक्ट — एक दूसरे की सहायता करने की अधिकारियों की बाध्यता –
धारा 42 में उल्लिखित विभिन्न विभागों के सभी अधिकारी, सूचना दिए जाने या अनुरोध किए जाने पर, इस अधिनियम के उपबन्धों को कार्यान्वित करने में एक दूसरे की सहायता करने के लिए वैध रूप से आबद्ध होंगे ।
Section 56 NDPS Act — Obligation of officers to assist each other —
All officers of the several departments mentioned in section 42 shall, upon notice given or request made, be legally bound to assist each other in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
