दस्तावेजों या इलैक्ट्रानिक अभिलेखों की अन्तर्वस्तु के सिवाय सभी तथ्य मौखिक साक्ष्य द्वारा साबित किए जा सकेंगे|
Section 59 Indian Evidence Act -Proof of facts by oral evidence —
All facts, except the 1[contents of documents or electronic records], may be proved by oral evidence.
