धारा 62 एनडीपीएस एक्ट —अवैध औषधियों या पदार्थों के विक्रय के आगमों का अधिहरण –
जहां किसी स्वापक औषधि या मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अथवा नियंत्रित पदार्थ का विक्रय किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा किया जाता है जिसको यह ज्ञान या विश्वास करने का कारण है कि ऐसी औषधि या पदार्थ इस अधिनियम के अधीन अधिहरणीय है वहां उसके विक्रय का आगम भी अधिहरणीय होगा ।
Section 62 NDPS Act — Confiscation of sale proceeds of illicit drugs or substances —
Where any 1[narcotic drug, psychotropic substance] or controlled substance is sold by a person having knowledge or reason to believe that the drug or substance is liable to confiscation under this Act, the sale proceeds thereof shall also be liable to confiscation.
