धारा 67A भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम – इलैक्ट्रानिक चिह्नक के बारे में सबूत –-

सुरक्षित इलैक्ट्रानिक चिह्नक की दशा में के सिवाय, यदि यह अभिकथित है कि किसी हस्ताक्षरकर्ता का इलैक्ट्रानिक चिह्नक इलैक्ट्रानिक अभिलेख में लगाया गया है तो यह तथ्य साबित किया जाना चाहिए कि ऐसा [इलैक्ट्रानिक चिह्नक] हस्ताक्षरकर्ता का [इलैक्ट्रानिक चिह्नक] है।

Except in the case of a secure ²[electronic signature], if the [electronic signature] of any subscriber is alleged to have been affixed to an electronic record the fact that such ²[electronic signature] is the ²[electronic signature] of the subscriber must be proved.]
