धारा 68 एनडीपीएस एक्ट — अपराधों के किए जाने के बारे में इत्तिला –
उस अधिनियम या इसके अधीन बनाए गए किसी नियम या निकाले गए किसी आदेश के किसी उपबंध के अधीन उसमें निहित शक्तियों के प्रयोग में कार्य करने वाला कोई भी अधिकारी यह कहने के लिए विवश नहीं किया जाएगा कि ऐसे किसी अपराध के किए जाने के बारे में कोई इत्तिला उसे कब मिली ।
Section 68 NDPS Act — Information as to commission of offences —
No officer acting in exercise of powers vested in him under any provision of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder shall be compelled to say whence he got any information as to the commission of any offence
