धारा 7 बाल-विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम- जिला न्यायालय की धारा 4 और धारा 5 के अधीन जारी किए गए आदेशों को उपांतरित करने की शक्ति-
जिला न्यायालय को धारा 4 या धारा 5 के अधीन और यदि परिस्थितियों में कोई परिवर्तन है तो अर्जी के लंबित रहने के दौरान किसी भी समय और अर्जी के अंतिम निपटारे के पश्चात् भी किसी आदेश में जोड़ने, उसे उपांतरित या प्रतिसंहृत करने की शक्ति होगी ।
7 Prohibition of Child Marriage Act – Power of district court to modify orders issued under section 4 or section 5-
The district court shall have the power to add to, modify or revoke any order made under section 4 or section 5 and if there is any change in the circumstances at any time during the pendency of the petition and even after the final disposal of the petition.
