धन के विनियम पर हर एक पक्षकार अपने द्वारा दिए गए धन के असली होने की तद्द्वारा वारण्टी देता है।
Section 121 TPA – Exchange of money –
On an exchange of money, each party thereby warrants the genuineness of the money given by him.
