संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 125 – ऐसे कई व्यक्तियों को दान, जिसमें से एक प्रतिगृहीत नहीं करता है-
ऐसे दो या अधिक आदाताओं को किसी चीज का दान, जिनमें से एक उसे प्रतिगृहीत नहीं करता है, उस हित के सम्बन्ध में शून्य है जिसे यदि वह प्रतिगृहीत करता तो वह लेता।
Section 125 TPA – Gift to several, of whom one does not accept –
A gift of a thing to two or more donees, of whom one does not accept it, is void as to the interest which he would have taken had he accepted.
