संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 128 -सर्वस्व आदाता–
धारा 127 के उपबन्धों के अध्यधीन यह है कि जहां कि दाता की पूरी सम्पत्ति का दान है वहां आदाता दान के समय के दाता के सब शोध्य ऋणों (और दायित्वों) के लिए वैयक्तिक रूप से उसमें समाविष्ट सम्पत्ति के विस्तार तक दायी है।
Section 128 TPA – Universal donee –
Subject to the provisions of section 127, where a gift consists of the donor’s whole property, the done is personally liable for all the debts due by 1[and liabilities of] the donor at the time of the gift to the extent of the property comprised therein.
