संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 129 -आसन्न मरण दान और मोहमेडन विधि की ब्यावृत्ति—
इस अध्याय की किसी भी बात का सम्बन्ध जंगम सम्पत्ति के उन दानों से नहीं है जो मृत्यु को आसन्न मान कर किए गए हैं और न वह मोहमेडन विधि के किसी नियम पर प्रभाव डालने वाली समझी जाएगी।
Section 129 TPA – Saving of donations mortis causa and Muhammadan law –
Nothing is this Chapter related to gifts of moveable property made in contemplation of death, or shall be deemed to affect any rule of Muhammadan law 1***.
