संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 131 – सूचना का लिखित और हस्ताक्षरित होना-
अनुयोज्य दावे के अन्तरण की हर सूचना लिखित होगी और अन्तरक या इस निमित्त सम्यक् रूप से प्राधिकृत उसके अभिकर्ता द्वारा, या अन्तरक के हस्ताक्षर करने से इन्कार करने की दशा में, अन्तरिती या उसके अभिकर्ता द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होगी और उसमें अन्तरिती का नाम और पता कथित होगा।
Section 131 TPA – Notice to be in writing, signed –
Every notice of transfer of an actionable claim shall be in writing, signed by the transferor or his agent duly authoriZed in this behalf, or, in case the transferor refuses to sign, by the transferee or his agent, and shall state the name and address of the transferee.
