संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 18 – लोक के फायदे के लिए शाश्वतिक अंतरण–
धारा 14, 16 और 17 में के निर्बन्धन ऐसे सम्पत्ति-अंतरण की दशा में लागू नहीं होंगे, जो लोक के फायदे के लिए धर्म, ज्ञान, वाणिज्य, स्वास्थ्य, क्षेम को या मानव जाति के लिए फायदाप्रद किसी अन्य उद्देश्य को अग्रसर करने के लिए किया गया हो।
Section 18 TPA – Transfer in perpetuity for benefit of public
The restrictions in sections 14, 16 and 17 shall not apply in the case of a transfer of property for the benefit of the public in the advancement of religion, knowledge, commerce, health, safety, or any other object beneficial to mankind.]
