संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 64 – बंधकित पट्टे का नवीकरण-
जहां कि बन्धक-सम्पत्ति पट्टा है और बन्धकदार उस पट्टे का नवीकरण अभिप्राप्त करता है, वहां बन्धकर्ता द्वारा तत्प्रतिकूल संविदा न की गई हो तो मोचन पर नवीन पट्टे का फायदा उसे मिलेगा।
Section 64 TPA – Renewal of mortgaged lease-
Where the mortgaged property is a lease 1***, and the mortgagee obtains a renewal of the lease, the mortgagor, upon redemption, shall, in the absence of a contract by him to the contrary, have the benefit of the new lease.
