सीआरपीसी की धारा 412 — कारणों का अभिलिखित किया जाना —
धारा 408, धारा 409, धारा 410 या धारा 411 के अधीन आदेश करने वाला सेशन न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट ऐसा आदेश करने के अपने कारणों को अभिलिखित करेगा।
Section 412 CrPC — Reasons to be recorded —
A Sessions Judge or Magistrate making an order under section 408, section 409, section 410 or section 411 shall record his reasons for making it.
