सीआरपीसी की धारा 434 — मृत्यु दण्डादेशों की दशा में केन्द्रीय सरकार की समवर्ती शक्ति —
धारा 432 और 433 द्वारा राज्य सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियाँ मृत्यु दण्डादेशों की दशा में केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा भी प्रयुक्त की जा सकती हैं।
Section 434 CrPC — Concurrent power of Central Government in case of death sentences. —
The powers conferred by sections 432 and 433 upon the State Government may, in the case of sentences of death, also be exercised by the Central Government.
