धारा 1 लोक संपत्ति नुकसान निवारण अधिनियम – संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभ-
(1) इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम लोक संपत्ति नुकसान निवारण अधिनियम, 1984 है ।
(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण भारत पर है ।
(3) यह 28 जनवरी, 1984 को प्रवृत्त हुआ समझा जाएगा ।
Section 1 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act – Short title, extent and commencement-
(1) This Act may be called the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
(2) It extends to the whole of India 1***.
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th day of January, 1984.
