धारा 11 आर्म्स एक्ट – आयुधों आदि का आयात या निर्यात प्रतिषिद्ध करने की शक्ति :-
-केन्द्रीय सरकार, शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा ऐसे वर्गों और वर्णनों के आयुधों या गोला-बारूद को, जैसे अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट किए जाएं, भारत के अन्दर लाने या भारत के बाहर ले जाने का प्रतिषेध कर सकेगी ।
11 Arms Act – Power to prohibit import or export of arms, etc:-
The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, prohibit the bringing into, or the taking out of, India, arms or ammunition of such classes and descriptions as may be specified in the notification.
