धारा 14 यूएपीए एक्ट – अपराधों का संज्ञेय होना-
संहिता में अन्तर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी, इस अधिनियम के अधीन दण्डनीय कोई अपराध संज्ञेय होगा ।
Section 14 UAPA Act – Offences to be cognizable —
Notwithstanding anything contained in the 1[Code], an offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable.
