धारा 152 भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम – अपमानित या क्षुब्ध करने के लिए आशयित प्रश्न —
न्यायालय ऐसे प्रश्न का निषेध करेगा, जो उसे ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वह अपमानित या क्षुब्ध करने के लिए आशयित है, या जो यद्यपि स्वयं में उचित है, तथापि रूप में न्यायालय को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वह अनावश्यक तौर पर संतापकारी है।
Section 152 Indian Evidence Act – Questions intended to insult or annoy —
The Court shall forbid any question which appears to it to be intended to insult or annoy, or which, though proper in itself, appears to the Court needlessly offensive in form.
