धारा 20 यूएपीए एक्ट – आतंकवादी गैंग या संगठन का सदस्य होने के लिए दंड-
कोई व्यक्ति, जो ऐसे किसी आतंकवादी गैंग या किसी आतंकवादी संगठन का सदस्य है, जो आतंकवादी कार्य में संलिप्त है, वह ऐसे कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि आजीवन कारावास तक की हो सकेगी, दंडनीय होगा और जुर्माने के लिए भी दायी होगा ।
Section 20 UAPA Act –1[ Punishment for being member of terrorist gang or organisation.—
Any person who is a member of a terrorist gang or a terrorist organisation, which is involved in terrorist act, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.]
