धारा 21 यूएपीए एक्ट — आतंकवाद के आगमों को धारित करने के लिए दंड-
जो कोई जानबूझकर किसी आतंकवादी कार्य के किए जाने से व्युत्पन्न या अभिप्राप्त की गई या आतंकवादी निधि के माध्यम से अर्जित किसी संपत्ति को धारित करेगा, वह ऐसे कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि आजीवन कारावास तक की हो सकेगी, दंडनीय होगा और जुर्माने के लिए भी दायी होगा ।
Section 21 UAPA Act — Punishment for holding proceeds of terrorism.–
Whoever knowingly holds any property derived or obtained from commission of any terrorist act or acquired through the terrorist fund shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.
