धारा 22 एससी एसटी एक्ट – सद्भावपूर्वक की गई कार्रवाई के लिए संरक्षण –
इस अधिनियम के अधीन सद्भावपूर्वक की गई या की जाने के लिए आशयित किसी बात के लिए कोई भी वाद, अभियोजन या अन्य विधिक कार्यवाही केन्द्रीय सरकार के विरुद्ध या, राज्य सरकार या सरकार के किसी अधिकारी या प्राधिकारी या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध नहीं होगी।
Section 22 SC ST Act – Protection of action taken in good faith –
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or against the State Government or any officer or authority of Government or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
