धारा 24A यूएपीए एक्ट — आतंकवाद के आगमों का समपहरण-
(1) कोई भी व्यक्ति आतंकवाद के आगमों को धारण नहीं करेगा या कब्जे में नहीं रखेगा ।
(2) आतंकवाद के आगम, चाहे वे किसी आतंकवादी संगठन या आतंकवादी गैंग द्वारा या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा रखे गए हों और चाहे ऐसे आतंकवादी या अन्य व्यक्ति को अध्याय 4 या अध्याय 6 के अधीन किसी अपराध के लिए अभियोजित या सिद्धदोष ठहराया गया हो अथवा नहीं, यथास्थिति, केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार को इस अध्याय के अधीन उपबंधित रीति में, समपहृत किए जाने के दायित्वाधीन होंगे ।
(3) जहां कार्यवाहियां इस धारा के अधीन प्रारंभ की गई हैं, वहां न्यायालय अपराध में, अंतर्वलित आतंकवाद के आगमों के मूल्य के समतुल्य संपत्ति की यथास्थिति, कुर्की करने या उसका समपहरण करने का निदेश देने संबंधी आदेश पारित कर सकेगा ।
Section 24A UAPA Act —
Forfeiture of proceeds of terrorism.—(1) No person shall hold or be in possession of any proceeds of terrorism.
(2) Proceeds of terrorism, whether held by a terrorist organisation or terrorist gang or by any other person and whether or not such terrorist or other person is prosecuted or convicted for any offence under Chapter IV or Chapter VI, shall be liable to be forfeited to the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be, in the manner provided under this Chapter.
(3) Where proceedings have been commenced under this section, the court may pass an order directing attachment or forfeiture, as the case may be, of property equivalent to, or, the value of the proceeds of terrorism involved in the offence.
