धारा 26 यूएपीए एक्ट — न्यायालय द्वारा आतंकवाद के आगमों के समपहरण का आदेश दिया जाना-
जहां कोई संपत्ति इस आधार पर अभिगृहीत या कुर्क की गई है कि वह आतंकवाद के आगमों का गठन करती है और न्यायालय धारा 25 की उपधारा(6) के अधीन इस संबंध में आदेश की पुष्टि कर देता है, वहां, चाहे उस व्यक्ति को, जिसके कब्जे से इसे अभिगृहीत या कुर्क किया गया है, अध्याय 4 या अध्याय 6 के अधीन किसी अपराध के लिए न्यायायल में अभियोजित किया गया हो या नहीं, वह ऐसी संपत्ति के समपहरण का आदेश दे सकेगा ।
Section 26 UAPA Act — Court to order forfeiture of proceeds of terrorism.
Where any property is seized or attached on the ground that it constitutes proceeds of terrorism and the court confirms the order in this regard under sub-section (6) of section 25, it may order forfeiture of such property, whether or not the person from whose possession it is seized or attached, is prosecuted in a court for an offence under Chapter IV or Chapter VI.
