धारा 29 यूएपीए एक्ट — समपहरण के आदेश का अन्य दंडों में बाधा न डालना-
न्यायालय द्वारा इस भाग के अधीन किया गया समपहरण का आदेश किसी अन्य दंड के, जिसके लिए उससे प्रभावित व्यक्ति अध्याय 4 या अध्याय 6 के अधीन दायी है, अधिरोपण को निवारित नहीं करेगा ।
Section 29 UAPA Act — Order of forfeiture not to Interfere with other punishments-
The order of forfeiture made under this Chapter by the court, shall not prevent the infliction of any other punishment to which the person affected thereby is liable under Chapter IV or Chapter VI.
