धारा 31 यूएपीए एक्ट — अभिहित प्राधिकारी की शक्तियां-
इस अध्याय के उपबंधों के अधीन कार्य करने वाले अभिहित प्राधिकारी को उसके समक्ष मामले में पूर्व और उचित जांच करने के लिए अपेक्षित सिविल न्यायालय की सभी शक्तियां होंगी ।
Section 31 UAPA Act — Powers of Designated Authority.
The Designated Authority, acting under the provisions of this Chapter, shall have all the powers of a civil court required for making a full and fair inquiry into the matter before it.
