धारा 39 पॉक्सो एक्ट- विशेषज्ञ आदि की सहायता लेने के लिए बालक के लिए मार्गनिर्देश-
राज्य सरकार, ऐसे नियमों के अधीन रहते हुए जो इस निमित्त बनाए जाएं गैर-सरकारी संगठनों, वृत्तिकों और विशेषज्ञों या ऐसे व्यक्तियों जिनके पास मनोविज्ञान, सामाजिक कार्य, चिकित्सीय स्वास्थ्य, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और बाल विकास में ज्ञान है, बालक को सहायता करने के लिए पूर्व विचारण और विचारण प्रक्रम पर सहयोजित करने के लिए मार्गनिर्देश तैयार करेगी।
39 Pocso Act- Guidelines for child to take assistance of experts, etc-
Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, the State Government shall prepare guidelines for use of non-governmental organisations, professionals and experts or persons having knowledge of psychology, social work, physical health, mental health and child development to be associated with the pre-trial and trial stage to assist the child.
