धारा 48 यूएपीए एक्ट — अन्य अधिनियमितियों से असंगत अधिनियम और नियमों आदि का प्रभाव-
इस अधिनियम या उसके अधीन बनाए गए किसी नियम या किए गए किसी आदेश के उपबंध, इस अधिनियम से भिन्न किसी अधिनियमिति या इस अधिनियम से भिन्न किसी अधिनियमिति के फलस्वरूप रखने वाली किसी लिखत में अंतर्विष्ट उससे असंगत किसी बात के होते हुए भी प्रभावी होंगे ।
Section 48 UAPA Act — Effect of Act and rules, etc., inconsistent with other enactments-
The provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any enactment other than this Act or any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
