धारा 50 यूएपीए एक्ट — व्यावृत्ति-
इस अधिनियम की किसी बात का संघ की नौ सेना, सेना या वायु सेना या अन्य सशस्त्र बलों से संबंधित किसी विधि के अधीन किसी न्यायालय या अन्य प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रयोक्तव्य अधिकारिता या उसको लागू प्रक्रिया पर प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा ।
Section 50 UAPA Act — Saving-
Nothing in this Act shall affect the jurisdiction exercisable by, or the procedure applicable to, any court or other authority under any law relating to the navy, army or air force or other armed forces of the Union.
