धारा 61 एनडीपीएस एक्ट — अवैध औषधियों या पदार्थों को छिपाने के लिए उपयोग में लाए गए माल का अधिहरण –
किसी स्वापक औषधि या मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अथवा नियंत्रित पदार्थ को, जो इस अधिनियम के अधीन अधिहरणीय है, छिपाने के लिए उपयोग में लाया गया कोई माल अधिहरणीय होगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण- इस धारा में, “माल” के अन्तर्गत परिवहन के साधनों के रूप में प्रवहण नहीं है ।
Section 61 NDPS Act — Confiscation of goods used for concealing illicit drugs or substances —
Any goods used for concealing any 1[narcotic drug, psychotropic substance] or controlled substance which is liable to confiscation under this Act shall also be liable to confiscation.
Explanation.— In this section “goods” does not include conveyance as a means of transport.
