धारा 68P एनडीपीएस एक्ट — वर्णन में गलती के कारण सूचना या आदेश का अविधिमान्य न होना –
इस अध्याय के अधीन जारी की गई या तामील की गई कोई सूचना, की गई कोई घोषणा और पारित कोई आदेश उसमें उल्लिखित संपत्ति या व्यक्ति के वर्णन में किसी गलती के कारण अविधिमान्य नहीं समझा जाएगा, यदि ऐसी संपत्ति या व्यक्ति इस प्रकार उल्लिखित वर्णन से पहचाना जा सकता है ।
Section 68P NDPS Act — Notice or order not to be invalid for error in description.–
No notice issued or served, no declaration made, and no order passed, under this Chapter shall be deemed to be invalid by reason of any error in the description of the property or person mentioned therein if such property or person is identifiable from the description so mentioned.
