ऐसा व्यक्ति जिसने किसी भी रीति से ऐसी कोई संपत्ति, जिसके बारे में इस अध्याय के अधीन कार्यवाहियां लंबित हैं, जानबूझकर अर्जित की हैं, कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि पांच वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी और जुर्माने से, जो पचास हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, दंडनीय होगा ।]
Section 68Y NDPS Act — Punishment for acquiring property in relation to which proceedings have been taken, under this Chapter.–
Any person who knowingly acquired, by any mode whatsoever, any property in relation to which proceedings are pending under this Chapter shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.
