धारा 69 एनडीपीएस एक्ट — सद्भावपूर्वक की गई कार्रवाई के लिए संरक्षण –
इस अधिनियम या इसके अधीन बनाए गए किसी नियम या निकाले गए किसी आदेश के अधीन सद्भावपूर्वक की गई या की जाने के लिए आशयित किसी बात के लिए कोई भी वाद, अभियोजन या अन्य विधिक कार्यवाही केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार के किसी अधिकारी या इस अधिनियम के अधीन किन्हीं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने वाले या किन्हीं कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने वाले या कर्तव्यों का अनुपालन करने वाले किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध नहीं होगी ।
Section 69 NDPS Act — Protection of action taken in good faith–
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or a State Government or any officer of the Central Government or of the State Government or any other person exercising any powers or discharging any functions or performing any duties under this Act, for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
