धारा 74A एनडीपीएस एक्ट — केंद्रीय सरकार की निदेश देने की शक्ति –
केन्द्रीय सरकार इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों का निष्पादन करने के सम्बन्ध में राज्य सरकार को ऐसे निदेश दे सकेगी जो वह आवश्यक समझे, और राज्य सरकार ऐसे निदेशों का पालन करेगी ।
Section 74A NDPS Act — Power of Central Government to give directions. —
The Central Government may give such directions as it may deem necessary to a State Government regarding the carrying into execution of the provisions of this Act, and the State Government shall comply with such directions.
