धारा 77 भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम – प्रमाणित प्रतियों के पेश करने द्वारा दस्तावेजों का सबूत —
ऐसी प्रमाणित प्रतियां उन लोक दस्तावेजों की या उन लोक दस्तावेज के भागों की अन्तर्वस्तु के सबूत में पेश की जा सकेंगी जिनकी वे प्रतियां होना तात्पर्यित हैं।
Section 77 Indian Evidence Act – Proof of documents by production of certified copies —
Such certified copies may be produced in proof of the contents of the public documents or parts of the public documents of which they purport to be copies.
