संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 23 – अंतरण जो, विनिर्दिष्ट अनिश्चित घटना के घटित होने पर समाश्रित है-
जहां कि सम्पत्ति-अन्तरण से उस सम्पत्ति में कोई हित किसी विनिर्दिष्ट व्यक्ति को किसी विनिर्दिष्ट अनिश्चित घटना के घटित होने पर ही प्रोद्भूत होना हो, और उस घटना के घटित होने के लिए समय वर्णित न हो, वहां वह हित निष्फल हो जाता है जब तक ऐसी घटना मध्यवर्ती या पूर्ववर्ती हित के अस्तित्वहीन होने के पहले ही या साथ ही घटित नहीं हो जाती।
Section 23 TPA -Transfer contingent on happening of specified uncertain event –
Where, on a transfer of property, an interest therein is to accrue to a specified person if a specified uncertain event shall happen, and no time is mentioned for the occurrence of that event, the interest fails unless such event happens before, or at the same time as, the intermediate or precedent interest ceases to exist.
